Belly Dance Technique Workshops with Kalayla!
Join Kalayla from 6:45 - 8:45pm on Wednesday evenings for choreography mini sessions! These 4 different themed workshops will have us learn a choreography in that theme or style! These four themes will range in styles and props used. Below is listed the dates and the theme of each workshop.
Class starts with a warm up then we dance to end with a cool down. All props will be able to borrow or feel free to bring your own.
Open to all genders and dancer levels. Multiple Options to attend.

November 11th & 18th - Isis Wings. Nov 25th & December 2nd - Ren Faire Fomo, Dec 9th & 16th - “Classic” Hakim, Dec 23rd & 30th - Greek Bouzouki “Drum” Solo

Isis Wings, Nov 11th & 18th - Song: “Arabian Nights” by Alan Menken. Isis wings are always a huge crowd pleaser. Let’s get epic and learn a fun Wing Choreo that will wow your Disney Friends and everyone in between.

Ren Faire FOMO, Nov 25th & December 2nd - Song: “Hadouni, Hadouni” by Brinjal. Sad that Ren Faire is over? Fear not lords and ladies, this whimsical Ren Faire Choreography will have you bouncing around feeling merry! There is an option to learn finger cymbals with this choreo. Feel free to bring your own.

“Classic” Hakim, Dec 9th & 16th. Song: “Tigi Tigi” by Hakim. We all love Hakim! He has been putting out bangers since the early 90s. This fucky 2000s Earworm song will have your boppin’ for the next two weeks.
Greek Bouzouki “Drum” Solo, Dec 23rd & 30th. Song: “Bouzouki Belly Dance” by Greek Oriental Orchestra. Lets travel back in time to this classic Greek Bouzouki Solo. With classical vibes and drum solo structure, we will feel our inner Goddess emerge through this choreography.
